KUALA LUMPUR City Hall (DBKL) is beginning a large whitelisting exercise on unlicensed buyers within the metropolis, claims Datuk Seri Dr Zaliha Mustafa.
The Minister within the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) said she has really offered DBKL 4 months, until August, to complete the exercise.
“We urge unlicensed merchants to come back ahead, register and observe the method.
