Scientists quest for indicators of surprising worlds within the TRAPPIST-1 galaxy

Alongside the search for technosignatures, NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope is evaluating the ambiences of TRAPPIST-1 earths. Initial monitorings suggest that some, like TRAPPIST-1b and TRAPPIST-1c, will not be prone to have ambiences, but way more encouraging prospects, like TRAPPIST-1e, are being researched for indicators of habitability.
