Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday criticised the Congress whereas responding to a two-day dialogue on the 75 years of the fostering of theConstitution During the Lok Sabha speech, Modi claimed that on the time of the Emergency in 1975 below the Congress federal authorities, all of the people rights had been taken and the nation was turn into a jail.
