Rajasthan News: The Food Safety Department is repeatedly taking motion in opposition to adulterators in Rajasthan. On Saturday, officers of the Food Safety Department in Jaipur caught a automobile loaded with pretend Saparata milk cheese. According to the data, 1000 kg of cheese was being introduced in rusty bins from Khilora village close to Ramgarh in Alwar, which was to be given to a store named Shyam Paneer in Jaipur.
The automobile was caught after 4 days of surveillance
The officer stated that after 4 days of surveillance, this automobile carrying paneer created from milk was caught immediately from Sapreta, which was caught close to D-Mart on Jagatpura Road forward of Apex Circle. The automobile was laden with 1000 kg of pretend paneer, which was to be provided to Shyam Paneer Udyog of Jaipur. This paneer was being provided in Jaipur by an individual named Irfan Mohammad.
Used to produce water for 190 rupees
During interrogation, Irfan informed that he sells Shyam Paneer for Rs 190 and this paneer is provided to many reputed inns, dhabas and eating places in Jaipur for Rs 210. Under the course of Additional Food Safety Commissioner Pankaj Ojha, a staff of Food Safety Officers Deepak Sindhi, Awadhesh Gupta and Nandkishore Kumawat carried out this motion.
