Giving details about the case, Additional Superintendent of Police of Jhalawar ACB workforce Jagaram Meena stated {that a} criticism was given to the Jhalawar unit of ACB by a complainant. In which he informed that Deputy Manager of SBI Bank Jhalawar department RACC Priyanshu Goyal and Assistant Auditor Gajendra Kumawat of a non-public agency Nyati & Company are demanding a bribe of Rs 40 thousand in trade for passing his industrial mortgage.

After the criticism of the complainant, the Jhalawar ACB workforce verified the criticism. After that, in the present day, Deputy Manager Priyanshu Goyal and dealer assistant auditor Gajendra Kumawat had been caught crimson handed whereas taking a bribe of Rs 30,000 from the complainant on the RACC workplace of SBI Bank Jhalawar department.
