In this sequence, Pratapgarh police took main motion through the blockade and arrested three accused with money price greater than Rs 99 lakh and 5 kg 360 grams of silver. This motion was taken through the search of sleeper buses coming from Jaipur at Zero Mile intersection.
Huge amount of money and silver recovered
Kotwali police station officer Deepak Banjara mentioned that the police crew was blocking the Zero Mile intersection. During this time, sleeper buses coming from Jaipur have been being searched. During the search of a bus, when the actions of three passengers within the bus appeared suspicious, their baggage have been searched. During this, money price Rs 99 lakh 87 thousand 380 and 5 kg 360 grams of silver was recovered from the possession of the three.
Silver price Rs 4 lakh recovered
On enquiry, no legitimate paperwork of money and silver have been discovered with him. On this the police seized money and silver and arrested all three. During interrogation, the accused revealed their names as Pushpendra Singh Rajput, resident of Ghatol, Banswara, Mohanlal Bargot and Gopal Singh Rajput, resident of Khamera. The police is investigating the case. The worth of the recovered silver is alleged to be Rs 4 lakh.
