The accused within the case are Brahmaraj, Suresh, Lavkush, Vimal, Tikaram, Balram, Ugrasen, Jasram, Hetram, Uday Singh, Kaluram, Gul Mohammad, Manoj Kumar, Sudama, Khushiram, Rameshwar, Atmaram, Ramraj, Yogendra, Netram, Vijendra, Hanuman, Dilkhush. , Manish, Kamlesh, Rakesh, Khushiram-2, Deshraj, Bhagirath, Atmaram-2, Bablesh, Mahavir, Ravi, Antaram together with Kheltaram, Atmaram-3, Kheltaram, Rajesh and Buddhiram have been granted bail.

The single bench of Justice Praveer Bhatnagar within the High Court authorised the bail petition. Orders got whereas listening to the bail petitions of Brahmaraj and others. Advocates Mahendra Shandilya, Rajendra Singh Tanwar together with Advocates Dr. Mahesh Sharma and Kapil Gupta appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
