A portion of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Rajasthan’s Dausa district caved in, inflicting visitors disruption. The pothole has been fashioned because of the soil sinking following rains within the area. The pit was noticed at pillar quantity 182.300 close to Bhandarej Interchange.
The video of the pit uncovered the negligence of the development firm. As quickly because the pit was observed, the NHAI officers swang into motion and rushed to the spot. However, there was no lack of life because of the pit on the center of the highway. A group of the development firm began upkeep work on the affected portion of the highway.

The roads within the district have been badly broken because of heavy rains this monsoon season. Deep potholes have been fashioned at many locations on the expressway.
The nation’s longest expressway – Delhi-Mumbai Expressway – is being constructed at a value of about 90,000 crores. Its Sohna-Dausa part was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Dhanawad on February 12, 2023. After which operations began between Dausa and Delhi.
