Jaipur: In Jaipur, Congress MLA Rafiq Khan was attacked by a youth outdoors his home. While the MLA was going to the Vidhan Sabha in his automobile after leaving his home, a youth named Vikas Jakhar began preventing with him. Later, the police took Jakhar into custody on the knowledge given by the MLA.
