Nangal-Rajawatan DSP Charul Gupta stated {that a} bus of devotees was going from Ujjain to Delhi when the accident occurred resulting from dense fog. The DSP stated round 45 passengers within the bus had been injured and greater than 20 had been admitted to Dausa District Hospital.

The minister stated fixing the accountability of officers and suspending the defaulters, retiring the redundant employees and blacklisting contractors can be a part of his technique.

“We have issued notices to four contractors and will blacklist them. Strict action will be taken. Action will also be taken against officials concerned,” he stated.

Noting the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is the nation’s longest such street and was constructed within the shortest time, Gadkari stated, “The expressway was built at a cost of Rs 1 lakh crore. It has reduced the distance between Delhi and Mumbai by 200 km. The travel time between the two cities has now reduced to 12 hours.”
