Jaipur: The monsoon season in Rajasthan is witnessing steady rains. In such a scenario, the Water Resources Department has launched the rainfall information. So far, 54.76% extra rain than regular has been recorded within the state. The dams of the state have obtained 68.87% of their complete filling capability. Whereas, 22 huge dams have obtained 76.76% of their complete filling capability.
So far 239 dams have overflown within the state this monsoon. Rainfall information was launched over the past 24 hours within the state. The Water Resources Department launched the info. There was heavy rainfall in Banswara and Dungarpur. Very heavy rainfall was recorded at 5 locations. Heavy rainfall was recorded at 15 locations.
202 mm of rain was recorded in Bagidaura of Banswara. Very heavy rain was recorded at three locations and heavy rain at 5 locations in Banswara. Very heavy rain was recorded at two locations and heavy rain at 5 locations in Dungarpur.
