Chittorgarh News: A video of an altercation between a Tehsildar and a farmer who had gone to get possession of the land on the orders of the courtroom goes viral on social media. In the video, the Tehsildar is seen working after the farmer with a stick. The officer seen within the viral video is Chittorgarh Tehsildar Rahul Dhakad. Tehsildar had not too long ago gone to an individual resident of Narpat Khedi to get possession of the land on the orders of the courtroom.
On the video going viral on social media, some individuals are justifying the Tehsildar, whereas some are calling it improper. Regarding this matter, Chittorgarh Tehsildar Rahul Dhakad, whereas speaking to NDTV, stated that within the video which goes viral on social media, the matter of stone reducing within the standing crop has been wrongly offered. He had gone to get possession of the land to adjust to the order of the SDM courtroom.

The Tehsildar stated, “It has been said in the video that there cannot be stone work in a standing crop. I also know that stone work cannot be done in a standing crop. We had gone to hand over the possession. This was the order of the SDM court, and the applicant had I was worried for years. There were reminders in this regard from the court twice.”
“The farmer was sitting in the field with an axe.”
Rahul Dhakad stated, “On December 11, we had issued a notice that possession would be given on December 18. No one came to answer the notice. When we and our Patwari reached the spot in the morning, the farmer was sitting on the field with an ax and threatening I was going to see who gives the possession. When I reached there in the afternoon, I called both the parties and asked them why they do not want to give the possession. I explained to them that they will follow the court’s order. It is necessary to do.”

He additional stated, “When we began the method of taking possession, the opponent’s spouse began making movies, however we had no drawback as a result of we adopted the foundations. After this, a 3rd particular person, who’s saying that I ran to kill her, all of a sudden appeared there. Came. When he misbehaved with the Patwari group many times, I needed to intervene.
