Jaipur: Ravneet Singh Bittu’s unopposed election within the Rajya Sabha by-election has been confirmed. BJP’s dummy candidate Sunil Kothari’s title has been finalised. Sunil Kothari at the moment withdrew his nomination submitted for the Rajya Sabha by-election earlier than the Returning Officer and Assembly Principal Secretary Mahavir Prasad Sharma.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel, Yogendra Singh Tanwar, BJP Legal Cell President Saurabh Saraswat, Vishnu Jaiswal have been current on the event of Kothari’s withdrawal. Three candidates had submitted nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha by-election being held for one seat within the state.
The nomination papers of an impartial candidate have been rejected in the course of the scrutiny on Thursday. Now, Ravneet Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party is the one candidate for the Rajya Sabha by-election for a seat within the state.
Sunil Kothari reached the Vidhan Sabha at the moment together with Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel, Yogendra Singh Tanwar and Saurabh Saraswat. As a precautionary measure, BJP had bought Kothari to file his nomination.
