Jodhpur: Actors Salman Khan and Shilpa Shetty have gotten aid from the High Court. The High Court has canceled the FIR registered towards each of them beneath the SC-ST Act. Advocates Prashant Patil, Shakti Pandey, Gopal Sandu introduced the aspect of the petitioner on behalf of Shilpa Shetty.
While canceling the FIR, the High Court stated that FIR can’t be registered beneath the SC-ST Act with out sanction and inquiry. A case was registered in Churu Kotwali police station.
