Jaipur: Due to energetic Western Disturbance, there may be ‘stormy’ rain in North Rajasthan. Due to the impact of the system, there was stormy rain in Sriganganagar and Bikaner yesterday afternoon. Light rain was recorded in lots of districts together with Dungarpur, Udaipur, Banswara.
Even as we speak the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in 11 districts. Yellow rain alert has been issued for Banswara, Baran, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jhalawar, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sirohi and Udaipur.
In the final 24 hours, about 4 inches of rain occurred in Bichchiwada of Dungarpur. On the opposite hand, the temperature in Jaisalmer crossed 40 levels.
