Kuchamancity: A case of misbehavior with a pupil has come to gentle in a non-public college in a village of Ladnun tehsil. It is alleged that the instructor misbehaved by taking the 14 yr outdated boy into the room. In this regard, the police have registered a case below the POCSO Act.
Acts of taking the kid into the room: The father of the sufferer youngster has filed a report on this regard. It has been informed within the report that his 14 yr outdated son is a pupil of a non-public college. On September 11, the varsity instructor took her into the room and did inappropriate issues by caressing her cheeks and different physique elements. When the kid protested and began operating away from there, the instructor beat him and broke one in all his palms. The youngster suffered a fracture on his left hand, which was handled within the hospital. The youngster informed the entire story about this at his house.

Police station in-charge Leela Ram stated that the police has registered the report of this case below Section 115 (2), BNS 2023 and seven/8 POCSO Act 2012 on September 20 and began investigation. The case is being investigated by Police Officer Leelaram (Sub-Inspector). Statements of the sufferer youngster, his father and two different witnesses have been taken within the case. Leelaram police station officer, police station Ladnun stated that this case of POCSO Act is registered with us. Police is investigating on this matter. Medical checkup of the kid has been completed. Disclosure on this matter is feasible solely after investigation.
