Three boys allegedly tampered with the nationwide flag in Rajasthan’s Kota by drawing a “crescent moon and black stars” and waved it forward of the Milad-un-Nabi procession, resulting in their detention, the police stated. A purported video of the incident surfaced on social media.
The police swung into motion after watching the video and recovered the tampered flag and detained the boys, Circle Inspector at Anantpura police station Bhupendra Singh stated.
